Jumpin’ on Joy Juice

Joy-Juice-250-by-2501If you’ve been reading lately (or not because I haven’t been writing all that much) you might have picked up on a totally BLAH vibe. Being that I don’t like that, I’m doing something about it. My bloggiefriend Katie was talking about this series of writing prompts to help you think about and find what you might be missing.

This paragraph from Molly really struck a chord with me

It’s a haunting feeling when you have so much for which to be grateful, yet you still feel unsatisfied or restless on the inside.  It’s like you know you’re capable of more fulfillment and engagement day-to-day, but you’re just not sure how to flip that switch on.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not unhappy, I’m fine. Life isn’t bad, life is fine…but I want more than fine. I want to live up to my potential and figure out how to use my talents and abilities to really enjoy life. I want to figure out what’s missing from my life and make it happen. I’m hoping that Joy Juice will help me guide myself into figuring out some of that.

Some of it I’ll share, some of it I won’t but I’m looking forward to figuring out some of this stuff so I can get rid of the BLAHs. You know?

So, yeah. I’m going to give it a shot. Maybe I’m drinking some funky Kool-Aid and this will just be a waste of time, but I feel that anything that helps guide me and learn about myself might just be worth the investment.

Thoughts?

(Disclaimer, I did pay for this. I’ll let you know if I find it to be worth it. The graphic is from the Stratejoy site.)
